When a customer logs in with a customer ID and password that match the registered information, Fuji Xerox will consider the use of the Service to be that of the customer who has registered the customer ID.
Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Method)
You shall pay the fees for use of the Service, which shall be determined separately by the Company and displayed on the Website, by the method designated by the Company.
Article 5 (Prohibited Matters)
You shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service
(1) Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
(2) Any act related to criminal acts
(3) Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or network
(4) Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
(5) Acts that collect or accumulate personal information about other customers.
(6) Impersonate another customer.
(7) Direct or indirect provision of benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the Company's services.
(8) Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 6 (Suspension of this Service, etc.)
MUTOH HOLDINGS reserves the right to suspend or discontinue provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the customer in the event that MUTOH HOLDINGS deems any of the following to exist
(1) Maintenance, inspection, or updating of computer systems related to the Service
(2) When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
(3) When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
(4) In any other cases where MUTOH HOLDINGS deems it difficult to provide the Service.
The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the customer or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.
Article 7 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict your use of all or part of the Service or terminate your registration as a customer in the following cases
(1) If you violate any of the provisions of these Terms of Use
(2) When it is found that there is a false fact in the registration information
(3) In any other case in which the Company deems the use of the Service to be inappropriate.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer as a result of actions taken by the Company in accordance with this Article.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall be exempt from liability for default of the Company's obligations if such default is not caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
In the event that the Company is liable for any reason, the Company shall be liable for compensation only to the extent of the damages that could ordinarily arise and, in the case of paid services, only to the extent of the amount paid (in the case of continuous service, the amount equivalent to one month's worth of service).
The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between a customer and other customers or third parties in connection with the Service.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
